Geri ödeme ve iade politikamız 10 gün sürer. Satın alma işleminizin üzerinden 30 gün geçtiyse size tam bir geri ödeme veya değişim sunamıyoruz.
İadeye hak kazanabilmeniz için öğenizin kullanılmamış olması ve aldığınız durumda olması gerekir. Ayrıca orijinal ambalajında olmalıdır.
Çeşitli mal türleri iade edilmekten muaftır. Gıda, çiçek, gazete, dergi gibi çabuk bozulan ürünler iade edilemez. Ayrıca kişisel veya hijyenik ürünler, tehlikeli maddeler veya yanıcı sıvı veya gazlar içeren ürünleri de kabul etmiyoruz.
